THREATENING RIP CURRENTS THROUGH WEDNESDAY AT ALL OCEAN EXPOSED
RHODE ISLAND AND MASSACHUSETTS BEACHES. CONDITIONS WILL BE MOST
SEVERE ALONG THE RHODE ISLAND SOUTH COAST...BLOCK ISLAND...
NANTUCKET AND THE OUTER CAPE OCEAN SIDE.
IN ADDITION...ROUGH SEAS WILL REMAIN AN ISSUE ON THE COASTAL
WATERS EXPOSED TO THE OPEN OCEAN THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
