.AT 3 PM CDT...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM FAY WAS LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 29.8 NORTH...LONGITUDE 83.2 WEST...OR JUST NORTHWEST OF CROSS
CITY FLORIDA.

FAY IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 4 MPH...AND THIS MOTION IS
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT 24 TO 36 HOURS. ON THE FORECAST
TRACK...THE CENTER OF FAY IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE CROSSING NORTHERN
