WINDS ARE AVERAGING 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH ACROSS MUCH
OF THE AREA...AND THESE SPEEDS ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST THROUGH
THE AFTERNOON. SUSTAINED TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS ARE NOT
EXPECTED. HOWEVER...GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE IN PASSING
SQUALLS.
WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH COULD BREAK TREE BRANCHES AND
LIMBS...WHICH COULD FALL ON POWER LINES. SATURATED SOILS FROM
