A 1025 MB HIGH IS OVER THE CENTRAL GULF NEAR 26N90W. LIGHT
ANTICYCLONIC WINDS ARE FOUND AROUND THE HIGH WITH FAIR WEATHER.
IN THE UPPER LEVELS...NWLY FLOW COVERS THE ENTIRE GULF WITH
