FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
AN WEAKENING UPPER-LEVEL LOW INTERACTING WITH A BROAD SURFACE LOW
PRESSURE TROUGH SITUATED OVER THE FLORIDA PENINSULA AND EXTENDING
INTO THE SOUTHEASTERN GULF OF MEXICO IS PRODUCING WIDESPRERAD
CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS FROM THE CAYMAN ISLANDS NORTHWARD ACROSS
CUBA...THE BAHAMAS...THE SOUTHERN FLORIDA PENINSULA AND ADJACENT
WATERS. THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO SIGNS OF TROPICAL CYCLONE
DEVELOPMENT. HOWEVER... THIS WEATHER SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE BRIEF
PERIODS OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS AS IT
MOVES NORTHWARD AT ABOUT 10 MPH.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH FRIDAY.
