SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE ONSHORE FROM THE
NORTHWESTERN GULF OF MEXICO INTO TEXAS AND LOUISIANA. TROPICAL
CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED. HOWEVER... LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THESE AREAS THROUGH TONIGHT.
