FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

A BROAD SURFACE LOW PRESSURE AREA CENTERED ABOUT 550 MILES SOUTHWEST
OF BERMUDA IS PRODUCING WIDESPREAD CLOUDINESS AND SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS...MAINLY A FEW HUNDRED MILES TO THE NORTH AND EAST OF
THE CENTER.  UPPER-LEVEL WINDS REMAIN UNFAVORABLE FOR TROPICAL
CYCLONE DEVELOPMENT TO OCCUR...BUT THEY COULD GRADUALLY BECOME MORE
FAVORABLE DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO AS THE SYSTEM MOVES SLOWLY
NORTH AND NORTHEASTWARD.

THE LARGE NON-TROPICAL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM LOCATED ABOUT 900 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF THE AZORES ISLANDS CONTINUES TO BECOME LESS ORGANIZED
AS IT MOVES NORTHWARD AT 10 TO 15 MPH OVER COOLER WATER. TROPICAL
CYCLONE DEVELOPMENT IS NOT EXPECTED.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
WEDNESDAY.
