HEED THE ADVICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS. AVOID DOWNED POWER
LINES AND REMEMBER TO TREAT ALL DOWNED POWERLINES AS IF THEY WERE
LIVE. GENERATORS SHOULD ONLY BE USED IN WELL VENTILATED AREAS...DO
NOT RUN GENERATORS IN GARAGES OR SHEDS. NEVER USE CANDLES OR ANY OPEN
FLAME FOR LIGHTING DUE TO THE RISK OF FIRE.
...STORM SURGE FLOOD AND STORM TIDE IMPACTS...
TIDES OF 1 TO 3 FEET ABOVE THE HEIGHT OF NORMAL TIDES WILL CONTINUE
OVERNIGHT. LOCALLY TIDES HAVE BEEN RUNNING 2 TO 3 FEET ABOVE NORMAL.
AS WE ARE NOW PAST THE TIME OF ASTRONOMICAL HIGH TIDE...IN MOST
AREAS...WATER LEVELS SHOULD GRADUALLY FALL. LOCALIZED FLOODING DUE TO
POOR DRAINAGE INTO THE RIVERS SHOULD BEGIN TO EASE AS THE TIDES FALL
AND RAINFALL ABATES.

DUVAL...FLAGLER...NASSAU AND ST. JOHNS COUNTIES CONTINUE TO REPORT
OCCASIONAL SUSTAINED WINDS BETWEEN 30 AND 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND
50 MPH. THE HIGHEST WINDS WILL BE LONG THE IMMEDIATE BEACHES AND THE
ST JOHNS RIVER. WIND GUSTS AT THE UPPER FLOORS OF HIGH PROFILE
BUILDINGS COULD OCCASIONALLY BE NEAR HURRICANE STRENGTH FOR THE NEXT
FEW HOURS. THESE CONDITIONS WILL VERY SLOWLY IMPROVE THROUGH
SUNRISE.
CAMDEN AND GLYNN COUNTIES...WINDS OF TO 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 55
MPH WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT.

UNION COUNTIES...WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO SHIFT OVER THE NEXT FEW
HOURS BECOMING SOUTHWEST AND WESTERLY AS THE CENTER MOVES NORTH.

SUSTAINED WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE TO 35 TO 45 MPH WITH

A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MONDAY. SMALL
CRAFT SHOULD REMAIN IN PORT UNTIL WINDS AND SEAS SUBSIDE. HIGH SURF
AND BEACH EROSION WILL CONTINUE INTO TONIGHT WITH SOME IMPROVEMENT
LIKELY BEGINNING MONDAY MORNING.

HEAVY RAINFALL HAS DIMINISHED OVER AREAS OF NORTH FLORIDA SOUTH
OF INTERSTATE 10 AND WILL CONTINUE TO DIMINISH OVER THE REMAINDER OF
NORTH FLORIDA THROUGH 6 AM. HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE OVER MOST
OF SOUTHEAST GEORGIA. 4 TO 6 INCHES OF RAINFALL...WITH LOCALLY
HIGHER AMOUNTS NEAR THE STORM CENTER... MAY FALL TONIGHT.
AS JEANNE MOVES NORTH OF THE AREA ON MONDAY A BAND OF RAIN MAY MOVE
OUT OF APALACHEE BAY AND ACROSS THE SUWANNEE VALLEY AND PORTIONS OF
SOUTHEAST GEORGIA. AT THIS TIME...THE SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE STORM
ARE FAIRLY DRY AND IT IS UNLIKELY THAT BAND WILL PRODUCE WIDESPREAD
HEAVY RAINS...HOWEVER AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO OF RAIN MAY FALL
IN THOSE AREAS ON MONDAY.
FLOOD WARNINGS HAVE BEEN ISSUED THROUGH 8 AM MONDAY FOR ALL OF NORTH
FLORIDA AND MOST OF SOUTHEAST GEORGIA. REPORTS OF FLOODING HAVE
BEEN RECEIVED AND REMEMBER THAT FLOODING IN PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS AT
NIGHT. NEVER DRIVE INTO FLOODED AREAS...ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.
THE HEAVY RAINFALL WILL POSE A RENEWED OR CONTINUED THREAT OF
FLOODING ON AREA RIVERS. RIVER FLOOD WARNINGS HAVE BEEN ISSUED FOR
THE BLACK CREEK AT MIDDLEBURG AND THE ST MARYS RIVER AT MACCLENNY.
BLACK CREEK IS EXPECTED TO CREST AT 17.2 FEET AT 2 AM ON TUESDAY AND
FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE AT 6 AM ON WEDNESDAY. THE ST MARYS RIVER AT
MACCLENNY IS EXPECTED TO CREST AT 15.7 FEET AT 8 AM ON TUESDAY AND
FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE ON FRIDAY.

A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 AM EDT FOR MOST OF NORTH
FLORIDA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA. THIS WATCH WILL LIKELY BE REISSUED FOR
A PORTION OF THE AREA. FUNNEL CLOUDS HAVE BEEN REPORTED ACROSS NORTH
FLORIDA AND ARE POSSIBLE OVER SOUTHEAST GEORGIA. THE AREA WILL
CONTINUE TO BE ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE STORM'S CIRCULATION...
WHICH IS A FAVORED LOCATION FOR TORNADO DEVELOPMENT. REMEMBER THAT
TORNADOES...ESPECIALLY THOSE ASSOCIATED WITH TROPICAL CYCLONES...CAN
AND OFTEN DO DEVELOP WITH LITTLE OR NO WARNING.
