continue to impact South Texas and adjacent coastal waters through

north of Port Aransas.

The flooding rain threat will continue to decrease. Although there
is still a possibility for an additional 1/2 to 1 inch of rainfall
due to Harvey through Wednesday, the flooding concerns have greatly
diminished and isolated and nuisance flooding is now only expected.
