LOW TO N FLORIDA TO 29N81W. A REINFORCING COLD FRONT IS ALONG
THE COAST OF TEXAS FROM 30N94W TO 28N97W. SHOWERS AND SCATTERED
MODERATE CONVECTION ARE OVER THE NE GULF AND FLORIDA IN THE WARM
