A TROPICAL STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR PASCO...HERNANDO...
CITRUS...AND LEVY COUNTIES...INCLUDING THE COASTAL WATERS FROM
ANCLOTE KEY TO ENGLEWOOD OUT 60 NM.

THE INLAND TROPICAL STORM WIND WARNING HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED

...STORM INFORMATION...
AT 11 PM EDT...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM JEANNE WAS LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 29.9 NORTH...LONGITUDE  82.8 WEST OVER LEVY COUNTY OR ABOUT
35 MILES WEST-NORTHWEST OF GAINESVILLE FLORIDA.

JEANNE IS MOVING NORTH NEAR 14 MPH...AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

...CURRENT RADAR INFORMATION...
A BROAD BAND OF RAIN CONTINUES MOVING SOUTHEAST FROM THE GULF
ACROSS NORTHERN PINELLAS...PASCO... AND HERNANDO COUNTIES. OTHER
SMALLER...LIGHTER BANDS OF RAIN ARE MOVING ONSHORE FROM THE GULF AND
EXTENDING WILL INLAND FROM TAMPA BAY SOUTH.

...WIND IMPACTS...
THE WINDS ARE SLOWLY SUBSIDING WITH SUSTAINED WINDS OF 15 TO 25
MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH MAINLY NORTH OF TAMPA BAY.


...STORM SURGE FLOOD AND STORM TIDE IMPACTS...
WINDS HAVE BECOME ONSHORE AND WATER LEVELS ARE RUNNING 1 TO 2
FEET ABOVE NORMAL IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA AND WATER LEVELS TO THE
NORTH OF TAMPA HAVE BEEN BELOW NORMAL ARE NOW INCREASING. IN THE
TAMPA BAY AREA... WATER LEVELS WILL BE 1 TO 3 FEET ABOVE NORMAL
OVERNIGHT. IN THE LEVY-CITRUS COUNTY AREA...WATER LEVELS WILL
INCREASE TO 4 TO 6 FEET ABOVE NORMAL TIDE LEVELS. WATER LEVELS WILL
INCREASE 2 TO 4 FEET ABOVE NORMAL ALONG COASTAL SECTIONS OF
PASCO... AND HERNANDO COUNTIES.


...FLOOD IMPACTS...
AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED THIS EVENING WITH
BANDS THAT COME ONSHORE ESPECIALLY FOR COASTAL SECTIONS OF PASCO AND
HERNANDO COUNTIES WHERE CONTINUOUS RAIN IS OCCURRING. A FLOOD WATCH
IS IN EFFECT FROM SARASOTA COUNTY NORTH AND EAST. IN POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS...SOME PROPERTY DAMAGE IS POSSIBLE...AND SOME MAIN
THOROUGHFARES MAY BE CLOSED. SOME SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL
SURPASS BANK FULL. LARGER RIVERS WILL RISE. SEVERAL AREA RIVERS ARE
ALREADY ABOVE FLOOD STAGE. RESIDENTS WHO LIVE NEAR RIVERS SHOULD
PREPARE FOR MAJOR FLOODING.

...MARINE IMPACTS...
WINDS AND SEAS WILL CONTINUE TO BE VERY HAZARDOUS THIS EVENING. ALL
MARINERS SHOULD REMAIN IN PORT.

...TORNADO IMPACTS...
THE THREAT FOR TORNADOES HAS DECREASED AS JEANNE HAS WEAKENED AND
MOVED NORTHWARD...BUT AN ISOLATED TORNADO IS STILL POSSIBLE IN THE
STRONGEST BANDS THAT MOVE INTO THE COAST FROM THE GULF OVERNIGHT.

ROAD STATUS.
