...2019 is now the 5th wettest year ever for Nashville...

Despite the record heat and drought that affected the region in
September and early October, 2019 has been an unusually wet year
for much of Middle Tennessee. In fact, through December 16th,
precipitation totals for the year so far make this the 5th
wettest year ever in Nashville. With half of the month still to
go, additional rainfall could increase the ranking even higher.
