...2019 one of the Top 10 wettest years ever for Nashville...

Despite the record heat and drought that affected the region in
September and early October, 2019 has been an unusually wet year
for much of Middle Tennessee. In fact, through December 15th,
precipitation totals for the year so far make this the 8th
wettest year ever in Nashville. With more rain expected the next
few days and additional rain likely later this month, the final
ranking will likely reach the Top 5 wettest years on record.
