...Areas of Dense Fog Likely across Middle Tennessee This Morning..

.Residual low level moisture from recent rainfalls along with
light to calm winds has resulted the formation of patchy areas
of fog, locally dense, across the mid state this morning. With
light winds and cloudy skies expected to continue through at
least the mid morning hours, additional fog formation is likely.
Areas of dense fog will develop reducing visibilities to at or
less than a quarter mile at multiple locations through the mid
morning hours.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST THIS MORNING...

The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM CST this morning.

* VISIBILITY...At or less than a quarter of a mile.

* IMPACTS...Dense fog will make driving difficult. Motorists
  should slow down, use caution, and allow for extra time to
  travel to your destination.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
