...A WINTER STORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR WESTERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE
FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING...

.A system will move in on Friday morning bringing rain that will
gradually transition to a mix of freezing rain and sleet early
Friday morning, then to all snow late Friday morning for western
counties in Middle Tennessee. Ice accumulations up to 0.20
inches will be possible before noon. The transition to all snow
is expected around noon, with light snow continue falling into
Friday night. Snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches will be
possible, keeping travel conditions hazardous into the overnight
hours Friday.

FRIDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Plan on difficult
  travel conditions, including during the morning and evening
  commute on Friday. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and
  ice accumulations of up to two tenths of an inch are possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Middle Tennessee.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through Friday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant reductions in visibility are
  possible.
