...Areas of Dense Fog Likely across the Mid State...

.Rainfall during the day today has placed plenty of surface
moisture over the region causing areas of fog to develop across
the Mid State. With light winds and cloud cover continuing
overnight, additional areas of fog are expected to develop and
become at or less than a quarter mile at times in many areas.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST TUESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM CST Tuesday.

* VISIBILITY...At or less than a quarter mile.

* IMPACTS...Dense fog will make driving difficult. Motorists
  should slow down, use caution, and allow for extra time to
  travel to your destination.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
