For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Philippe, located just north of Grand Bahama Island.

A non-tropical low pressure system has developed about 1000 miles
east-southeast of Bermuda.  This low could gradually acquire
subtropical or tropical characteristics by the middle of the week
while the low meanders over the central Atlantic Ocean between
Bermuda and the Azores.

* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...40 percent.
