For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Philippe, located near the lower Florida Keys.

A non-tropical low pressure system is expected to form during the
next few days over the east-central Atlantic Ocean.  This low
could gradually acquire subtropical or tropical characteristics by
the middle of the week well to the southwest of the Azores while
the low moves slowly westward.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...40 percent.
