LOCATIONS WITHIN THE HAWAIIAN ISLANDS.

TROPICAL CYCLONE WATCHES AND WARNINGS ARE NO LONGER IN EFFECT
ANYWHERE ACROSS THE HAWAIIAN ISLANDS.

FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR MAUI...MOLOKAI...LANAI...KAHOOLAWE...
THROUGH 6 AM THIS MORNING.

FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR OAHU THROUGH NOON TODAY.

FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR KAUAI AND NIIHAU THROUGH 6 PM TODAY.

HIGH SURF ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR EAST FACING SHORES OF
KAUAI...OAHU AND MAUI UNTIL 6 AM TODAY.

.STORM INFORMATION...
AT 2 AM...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM DARBY WAS LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 22.4N...LONGITUDE 160.3W...WHICH IS ABOUT 65 MILES
WEST-NORTHWEST OF LIHUE...OR ABOUT 165 MILES WEST-NORTHWEST OF
HONOLULU. TROPICAL STORM DARBY IS MOVING WEST-NORTHWEST AT 12
MPH. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 40 MPH.

.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
SINCE THE CENTER OF DARBY CONTINUES TO MOVE NORTHWEST THE
TROPICAL STORM WARNING FOR KAUAI COUNTY AND OAHU HAS BEEN
CANCELLED. HOWEVER...THE THREAT OF HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES AND THE
FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT. DARBY IS EXPECTED TO WEAKEN
FURTHER AND BECOME A TROPICAL DEPRESSION LATER TODAY.
