FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR OAHU THROUGH NOON MONDAY.
FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR KAUAI AND NIIHAU THROUGH 6 PM MONDAY.
HIGH SURF ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR EAST FACING SHORES OF

AT 11 PM HST...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM DARBY WAS LOCATED
NEAR LATITUDE 22.4N...LONGITUDE 159.4W WHICH IS ABOUT 30 MILES
NORTH OF LIHUE...OR ABOUT 125 MILES NORTHWEST OF HONOLULU.
TROPICAL STORM DARBY IS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 12 MPH. MAXIMUM
SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 40 MPH.
.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
THE CENTER OF DARBY IS NOW NORTH OF KAUAI MOVING TO THE NORTHWEST
AWAY FROM THE MAIN HAWAIIAN ISLANDS. IT WILL CONTINUE MOVING
NORTHWEST TONIGHT AS ITS INTENSITY DECREASES. THE WIND THREAT IS
DIMINISHING...BUT THE THREAT OF HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES. ON OAHU
HEAVY RAIN LEADING TO FLASH FLOODING HAS BEEN OCCURRING SINCE
SINCE SUNDAY EVENING. DARBY IS EXPECTED TO WEAKEN FURTHER AND
BECOME A TROPICAL DEPRESSION ON MONDAY.
