FLAGLER BEACH FL. STORM MOTION WAS NW OR 315 DEGREES AT 2 MPH.
STORM INTENSITY WAS 40 MPH.

TROPICAL STORM ARTHUR IS EXPECTED TO PASS BETWEEN 80 TO 120 MILES
OFFSHORE THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. THE MOST SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS
