AT 11 AM EDT...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM ANDREA WAS LOCATED
NEAR LATITUDE 34.4N...LONGITUDE 79.5W. THIS WAS ABOUT 100 MILES
WEST OF WILMINGTON NC...OR ABOUT 60 MILES NORTHWEST OF MYRTLE
BEACH SC. STORM MOTION WAS NE OR 35 DEGREES AT 28 MPH. STORM
INTENSITY WAS 45 MPH.

.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
WINDS WILL BEGIN TO DECREASE ACROSS THE REGION FROM SOUTH TO
NORTH THIS AFTERNOON AS ANDREA MOVES TO THE NORTHEAST. OCCASIONAL
SHOWERS WILL IMPACT THE AREA THROUGH THE AFTERNOON WITH WIND GUSTS
OF 40 TO 45 MPH
