NEAR LATITUDE 34.4N...LONGITUDE 79.5W. THIS WAS ABOUT 370 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF OCEAN CITY MD...OR ABOUT 250 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
NORFOLK VA. STORM MOTION WAS NE OR 35 DEGREES AT 28 MPH. STORM
INTENSITY WAS 45 MPH.

.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
REMEMBER...DO NOT FOCUS ON THE EXACT FORECAST TRACK OF THE STORM AS
SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS CAN OCCUR WELL AWAY FROM THE CENTER.

THE MAIN FORECAST CONCERN WITH THE TRACK OF ANDREA CONTINUES TO BE
WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAINFALL AND ASSOCIATED MINOR
FLOODING. A GENERAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY
OCCURRED ACROSS SOUTHEAST VIRGINIA AND NORTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA
THROUGH MIDDAY. ADDITIONAL SCATTERED RAIN SHOWERS...SOME OF THEM
HEAVY...ARE EXPECTED THROUGH EARLY EVENING. THESE SHOWERS COULD
PRODUCE AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO OF RAINFALL THROUGH THIS
EVENING. ...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. A THREAT FOR
ISOLATED TORNADOES AND WATERSPOUTS CONTINUES THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON.

ROUGH SURF WILL CAUSE SOME MINOR BEACH EROSION ISSUES. THE ROUGH
