WEST-SOUTHWEST OF CHARLESTON SC...OR ABOUT 30 MILES NORTHEAST OF
SAVANNAH GA. STORM MOTION WAS NE OR 40 DEGREES AT 28 MPH. STORM
INTENSITY WAS 45 MPH.

ALTHOUGH THE LATEST TRENDS ON THE RADAR SHOW THAT THE RAIN
INTENSITY HAS DECREASED AROUND THE CIRCULATION OF ANDREA...THERE
IS STILL A THREAT FOR HEAVY RAINFALL AND LOCALIZED FLOODING ACROSS
SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING. THE THREAT FOR
ISOLATED TORNADOES AND WATERSPOUTS HAS DIMINISHED SIGNIFICANTLY
ACROSS THE AREA AS ANDREA MOVES RAPIDLY NORTHEASTWARD.

JUST INLAND OF THE COAST OF SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA THIS MORNING.
THIS WILL ALLOW SUSTAINED TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS OF 30 TO 40
KNOTS WITH GUSTS OF 45 TO 50 KNOTS...ESPECIALLY WELL AWAY FROM THE
COAST. SEAS OF 8 TO 10 FEET WITHIN 20 NM OF THE COAST...AND 10 TO
15 FEET ACROSS THE OUTER GEORGIA WATERS. WAVES IN CHARLESTON
HARBOR WILL BE AS HIGH AS 3 FEET.
