OF 65W FAIR WEATHER THIS MORNING. AN UPPER TROUGH EXTENDS FROM
THE CENTRAL ATLC NEAR 32N52W OVER THE TURKS AND CAICOS TO OVER
CUBA/HISPANIOLA INTO THE CARIBBEAN SUPPORTING A LINGERING
