ISLANDS IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INTERACTION BETWEEN A SURFACE
TROUGH...A TROPICAL WAVE...AND AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW. SOME SLOW
DEVELOPMENT IS POSSIBLE AS THIS SYSTEM DRIFTS GENERALLY NORTHWARD
OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS...AND IT HAS A LOW CHANCE...10
