MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 3 MPH...6 KM/H. A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD
THE NORTH IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS...FOLLOWED BY A TURN
TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AND AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED ON THURSDAY.
