A RAINBAND WITH WINDS GUSTING BETWEEN 35 AND 45 MPH WILL MOVE
THROUGH THE COASTAL COUNTIES THROUGH 10 AM EDT. WE RECENTLY HAD A
REPORT OF SUSTAINED WINDS OF 39 MPH AT THE JACKSONVILLE BEACH PIER
AND THE CRUISE SHIP CARNIVAL FANTASY REPORTED 46 MPH WINDS 32
MILES EAST-NORTHEAST OF MARINELAND.
