DEGREES NORTH...81.4 DEGREES WEST OR ABOUT 35 MILES SOUTHEAST OF FORT
MYERS...AND ABOUT 130 MILES SOUTH SOUTHEAST OF TAMPA. FAY IS
MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NORTHEAST NEAR 9 MPH. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED
