EDOUARD IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 9 MPH. A TURN TO THE WEST-
NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED TODAY...WITH A WEST-NORTHWESTWARD MOTION
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE ON TUESDAY. BY TUESDAY MORNING THE CENTER OF
