THE UPPER LEVEL FLOW. THE WATER VAPOR IMAGERY ALSO HINTS AT
THE UPPER LEVEL ANTICYCLONIC FLOW. MIDDLE TO UPPER LEVEL DRY AIR
COVERS THE AREA.

NEAR 20N74W. ISOLATED MODERATE TO LOCALLY STRONG SHOWERS AND
