AS WESTERLY FLOW. WESTERLY WINDS ARE FOUND OVER THE OPEN GULF
WATERS. WIND SPEEDS RANGE FROM 80 TO 100 KT EVERYWHERE.
ISOLATED SHOWERS ARE IN THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA. BROKEN TO
OVERCAST LOW AND MIDDLE LEVEL CLOUDS AND POSSIBLE PRECIPITATION
FROM 25N TO 29N BETWEEN 86W AND 90W. THIN SCATTERED HIGH CLOUDS
ARE MOVING EASTWARD UNDER THE UPPER LEVEL WESTERLIES. 1022 MB
SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE CENTER NEAR 30N89W IN SOUTHEASTERN
LOUISIANA JUST SOUTH OF MISSISSIPPI. 1021 MB SURFACE HIGH

LAYERS AND ISOLATED SHOWERS ALONG BORDER WITH VENEZUELA WEST OF
LAKE MARACAIBO. PATCH OF BROKEN TO OVERCAST HIGH CLOUDS SOUTH
OF 14N BETWEEN 76W AND 83W...MOVING NORTHEASTWARD UNDER UPPER
LEVEL SOUTHWESTERLY WIND FLOW. SURFACE STATIONARY FRONT FROM
THE ATLANTIC WATERS JUST EAST OF THE SOUTHERN BAHAMAS TO THE
1012 MB LOW PRESSURE CENTER NEAR 22.5N75W IN THE BAHAMAS. COLD
FRONT FROM THE LOW CENTER CROSSES CUBA NEAR 21N78W...ENTERS THE
NORTHWESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA AND GOES TO THE GULF OF HONDURAS AND
SOUTHERN BELIZE. ONLY ISOLATED MODERATE SHOWERS IN SOUTHERN
HONDURAS. BROAD AND GENTLE UPPER LEVEL ANTICYCLONIC FLOW IS
CARRYING HIGH CLOUDS FROM THE GULF OF HONDURAS TOWARD THE
WINDWARD PASSAGE. OTHER HIGH CLOUDS ARE MOVING FROM COLOMBIA
AND VENEZUELA NORTHEASTWARD TO THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN ISLANDS.
