AND ABOUT  565 MILES... 910 KM...SOUTHWEST OF CAPE RACE
NEWFOUNDLAND.

FRANKLIN IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 22 MPH...35 KM/HR...AND
THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR  50 MPH... 85 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
