TIDE LEVELS IN THE MIDDLE AND UPPER KEYS REMAIN AT ABOUT ONE FOOT
ABOVE NORMAL AT THIS TIME. STRONG WEST AND SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL
CAUSE WATER LEVELS TO RISE AT THE CHOKE POINT REPRESENTED BY THE
OUTLET AT JEWFISH CREEK. LEVELS UP TO THREE FEET ABOVE NORMAL WILL
OCCUR HERE AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. WATER LEVELS WILL
GRADUALLY RECEDE TONIGHT.
