NORTHERN LAWRENCE...SOUTHWESTERN MAURY...PERRY...SOUTHERN HUMPHREYS
AND HICKMAN COUNTIES THROUGH 615 AM CDT...

At 533 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Hurricane Mills near
Linden. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lawrenceburg, Hohenwald, Centerville, Linden, Mount Pleasant,
Summertown, Lobelville, Ethridge, Gordonsburg, Kimmins, Henryville,
Primm Springs, Flatwoods, Lyles, Bucksnort, Mousetail Landing State
Park, Pinewood, Hampshire, Pleasantville, and Nunnelly.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 136 and 157.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
