...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of east central Lewis,
southwestern Marshall, northeastern Lawrence, southern Maury and
northern Giles Counties through 1230 PM CDT...

At 1151 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Mount Pleasant to 6 miles northwest of
Pulaski. Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Columbia, Lawrenceburg, Pulaski, Mount Pleasant, Cornersville,
Ethridge, Lynnville, Frankewing, Culleoka, Hampshire and I-65 East Of
Columbia.

This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 14 and 48.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
