The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern Davidson County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northeastern Cheatham County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southwestern Robertson County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 600 PM CDT.

* At 303 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated up to 2.5 inches of rain
  has fallen in the advisory area. This will cause minor flooding in
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Springfield, Ashland City, Goodlettsville, Greenbrier, Coopertown,
  Ridgetop, Joelton and Pleasant View.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 97 and 99.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 18 and 38.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
