The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Dickson County in Middle Tennessee...
  East central Humphreys County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 600 PM CDT.

* At 403 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Doppler radar estimates up to two inches of rain have already
  fallen just west of Dickson.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Dickson, Burns, Charlotte, Vanleer and Slayden.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 168 and 175.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
