...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR CENTRAL MARSHALL AND WEST CENTRAL
BEDFORD COUNTIES UNTIL 230 PM CDT...

At 159 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Lewisburg, moving east at 40 mph.

Dime size hail, winds in excess of 40 mph, frequent cloud to ground
lightning strikes, and brief heavy rainfall will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Shelbyville, Lewisburg, Chapel Hill and Farmington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Brief heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
