...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR LEWIS...CENTRAL PERRY AND
SOUTHERN HICKMAN COUNTIES UNTIL 745 PM CDT...

At 711 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Linden, moving east at 45 mph.

Brief wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph will be possible with these storms.
Winds this strong are capable of breaking branches from trees and
can sometimes topple shallow rooted trees. In addition, brief heavy
downpours will likely cause ponding of water in low lying areas.

Locations impacted include...
Hohenwald, Centerville, Linden, Lobelville, Gordonsburg, Kimmins and
Pleasantville.
