...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR NORTHWESTERN MAURY...SOUTHWESTERN
WILLIAMSON AND SOUTHEASTERN HICKMAN COUNTIES UNTIL 845 PM CDT...

At 754 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles west of Thompson's Station, or 13 miles north of Columbia,
moving southwest at 15 mph.

Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Centerville, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Santa Fe, Williamsport
and Primm Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
