the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Richland Creek Above Pulaski affecting Giles County

. Richland Creek near Pulaski is expected to rise above action stage soon due to
prolonged rainfall over the last 24 hours. Scattered showers are expected again
today with another one quarter inch of rainfall possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
