the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Richland Creek Above Pulaski affecting Giles County

. Heavy rain over the weekend has caused Richland Creek near Pulaski to rise above action
stage. The creek should quickly fall below action stage again overnight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
