This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Middle
Tennessee.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
No hazardous weather is expected.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday
A strong cold front will sweep across Middle Tennessee Tuesday
evening. Severe storms are possible late Tuesday afternoon and
evening. The best chance for severe weather will occur west of
I-65. The primary threat is damaging straight-line winds. Large
hail and isolated tornadoes are also possible.
In addition, a Wind Advisory is in effect from Tuesday morning
through Tuesday evening. South to southwest winds will increase
Tuesday morning up to 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 35 to 45 mph
at times. This strong winds may blow down a few trees, tree limbs,
or power lines.
With the colder air being ushered in after the cold front,
freezing temperatures and areas of frost are possible Thursday
morning.

Spotter activation may be needed Tuesday afternoon and evening.
