This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Middle
Tennessee.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
No hazardous weather is expected.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday
A strong cold front will sweep across Middle Tennessee Tuesday
evening. Severe storms are possible late Tuesday afternoon and
evening. The best chance for severe weather will occur west of I-65.
The primary threat is damaging straight-line winds. Large hail and
isolated tornadoes are also possible.
In addition, winds on Tuesday will increase to 20 to 25 mph with
gusts to 40 mph. A wind advisory may therefore be needed.
With the colder air being ushered in after the cold front,
freezing temperatures and areas of frost are possible Thursday
morning.

Spotter activation may be needed Tuesday afternoon and evening.
