WILLIAMSON...EAST CENTRAL HUMPHREYS AND NORTHERN HICKMAN COUNTIES
UNTIL 715 PM CDT...

At 634 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
McEwen, or 9 miles southeast of Waverly, moving southeast at 45 mph.

Half inch hail...winds in excess of 40 mph...brief heavy
downpours...and frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes
will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Columbia, Centerville, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Hurricane
Mills, Santa Fe, Bon Aqua, Pinewood, Primm Springs, Lyles and
Nunnelly.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Brief heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to minor localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through
flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
