...Gusty South to Southwest Winds and Record Warmth Today...
Gusty south to southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30
to 40 mph, occasional higher at times, will continue into the
afternoon today ahead of an approaching cold front. Outdoor
objects may be blown around, and driving may be difficult at times
especially for high profile vehicles.
These gusty winds will help usher in record high temperatures
across Middle Tennessee by this afternoon, with highs expected to
reach the mid 70s to lower 80s across the area.
