Locally dense fog is possible across the mid-state this morning.
Visibilities may drop below one mile in spots for a brief period.
When driving through foggy areas...slow down, use low beam
headlights, and leave enough braking distance between you and the
vehicle in front of you.
The foggy conditions should improve by mid-morning.
