the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Richland Creek Above Pulaski AFFECTING Giles County

. Heavy rainfall on Monday and Monday night caused Richland creek above Pulaski
to rise just above action stage. It is expected to fall below action stage this
evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
