...The National Weather Service in Nashville, Tn has issued a flood advisory for
the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Duck River At Centerville AFFECTING Hickman County

.Heavy rainfall on Monday and Monday night has caused the Duck River at
Centerville to rise near bankfull stage. The river is not expected to reach
flood stage, but it will continue rising through Thursday afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

from the National Weather Service.

* At 5AM Wednesday the stage was 16.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* The river will continue to rise to near 19.5 feet by Thursday afternoon.
* At 17.0 feet...Water begins to overflow the banks.
